Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Start Worldwide Talent Search
Krayzie and Wish Bone hope to add some talent to their roster courtesy of an international talent search beginning in Australia.
When Bone Thugs-N-Harmony visit Sydney, Australia for a series of performances this spring, they will hold an open age talent search in hopes of finding the newest addition to their label, The Life Entertainment. The label is currently home to Kray Jackson, who is a holdover from Krayzie and Wish’s Thugline Records imprint, but that may change after Bone Thugs-N-Harmony does a series of international dates.
“I’ve always thought it best to think outside of the box when it comes to music and searching for new artists,” Krayzie Bone explained in an interview with TheMusicNewtwork.com. “This is the reason that myself, and my partner Wish Bone are moving forward with this worldwide talent search. Apart from America, Australia was first on our list because after hearing some of the artists last time we were there, Wish and myself were thoroughly impressed with the level of talent out there.”
In addition to The Life Entertainment and Thug Line Records, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony helmed the label Mo Thugs, which was originally distributed by Ruthless. Their Mo Thugs compilations Family Scriptures and Chapter II: Family Reunion were both certified platinum. Krayzie Bone further explained that unlike Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s previous label ventures, The Life Entertainment will specifically look for international artists.

Bizzy Bone Absent From BTNH Tour!?!?
According to Layzie Bone, Bizzy’s absence is not related to probation issues or rehab related reasons, as some rumors have said. Instead, Layzie says it’s all business, according to his recent interview with AllHipHop.com.
“He has other obligations and we had a difference of opinion on how much we should get for this tour. We looked at it like promo tour, he looked at it a little differently, which is cool, because his arrangement doesn’t require him to be there. He’s still a 1/5th member of Bone. We been together for 18 years now. We are all grown men, so we all have different arrangements within the Bone structure. The main thing about it, we don’t ever give up,” he noted.
The reunion tour is set to kick off tomorrow, March 24, in Minneapolis, as shown in the tour dates below.

Bone Updates The Fans on “Uni5″
The fully reunited Bone Thugs-N-Harmony group has been working on Uni5: The World’s Enemy, their first release on Warner Brothers Records. After several dates initially posted for late 2009 release, the Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio veteran stars opted to push the return into spring.
Having hosted a weekend chat with fans on their BoneThugsNHarmony.com site, the group revealed some details regarding Uni5, and what fans can expect.
Firstly, the group refuted reports that the work will be a double-disc collection. Although as a group and solo-wise, the group long favored the 2CD, this will remain a single album. Although dates have pushed back in 2010, the group told fans that they are done recording, and fans can expect Uni5 on April 20. To prove that, the group’s first video will release to the public next week, although members would not reveal which song. They had already shot a video to “See Me Shine” and released “Gangsta’s Glory” to the web in 2010. Strangely though, the group confirmed “Meet Me In The Sky” to be a second single, with a video in production next month.
While Uni5 presently has no features, longtime fans of the group will be pleased to know that a bulk of the production is handled by career-long Bone Thugs-N-Harmony producer DJ U-Neek, who also worked extensively with Ruthless Records artists in the early ’90s.
Lastly, Layzie and Krayzie Bone confirmed that a Bone Brothers 4 independent release can also be expected for 2010.

Bone Thugs -N- Harmony’s New Street Single
According to their Myspace page and BTNHBoard, the new street single we’ve all been waiting for should be coming out today Aug. 25 on their Myspace page. All five members ( Bizzy, Krayzie, Layzie, Flesh & Wish) are to be on the record. It is to be released at 6 P.M. Pacific time so it should be around 9 P.M. Eastern. Hopefully they wont push it back. Stanley Howse, aka Flesh-n-Bone, was released from a Los Angeles County jail today, after prosecutors decided to drop parole violation charges — a case that kept him behind bars after he was arrested for gun and pot possession back in April.
“The truth always reveals itself. We told our Fan Family that we wouldn’t lie to them and we didn’t. Our brand as entertainers and overall business men is extremely serious. Most importantly, we give and receive respect as solid human beings,” said Bone Thugs-n-Harmony’s Global Brand Manager.
Flesh was cleared of the gun and drug charges a while ago, but remained behind bars until the parole issue got sorted out.
Lets hope the hommie Flesh doesn’t get into anymore trouble.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony group member Flesh-N-Bone is still incarcerated, but an upcoming parole hearing could change the rapper’s situation.
Flesh, born Stanley Howse, was released from prison in July of 2008, after serving almost 10 years in prison for gun charges dating back to 2000.
The rapper ran afoul of the law in April, after police stopped his car and later, raided his home in Santa Clarita, California, where they found a gun and marijuana.
The charges were later dismissed, when it was revealed that the gun belonged to his wife, a Chicago Police Department officer and that the rapper had a medical marijuana license.
According to Bone group members, Flesh has a high powered lawyer representing him on June 1, when he will appear in court to learn if he will be freed.
Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is working on their highly anticipated reunion album Uni 5.
The group recently hit the recording studio for a collaboration with Chicago rapper Lupe Fiasco.
